Thomas Edward Hines December 24, 1943 - October 28, 2022 Obituary Thomas Edward Hines, 78, of Elkton, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022 at his home. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Boston Medical Center, Accion International in Charlestown, and the Catholic Charitable Bureau of the Archdiocese of Boston, Inc. Mr. Hines was the recipient of the St. Ignatius of Loyola Award from Boston College High School, was a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a frequent lecturer on tax law at the Federal Tax Institute of New England, MCLE Programs and other seminars and institutes.
